About: Ben has had a diverse interest in all aspects of engineering from a young age. Whether the topic be mechanical devices, electrical circuits, chemical reactions or materials development, he has always felt that knowing a little about many things is more effective than knowing a lot about one thing. Ben applies this broad view of engineering daily by running a prototyping business that builds human interface devices for the medical research industry. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2005.
