About: Machine Project (www.machineproject.com) is a non-profit based in Los Angeles created to explore the roles of - and the relationships between - art, technology, intellectual life and social formations. Through an ongoing series of installations, exhibitions, lectures, classes, workshops, and collaborative social research, Machine exists to expand the roles of social and community involvement within intellectual and public life, through pedagogy, sociability and active learning experiences.
